If you are an intermediate exerciser and you would like a challenging 4th workout per week, our cardio programs are for you!  Aaron Wright has created 3 cardio workouts to add to your cross training routine that combine exciting cardio moves, strength training, stretching, and our awesome 8 minute Cool Down.

NOTE:  You can purchase the 9 disc cross training set combined with our cardio blast workouts at a discounted rate listed under Workout Packages.

The dumbbells recommended are the same ones needed for the cross training programs:  We recommend a pair of 3 lb., 5 lb., and 10 lb. dumbbells for an average woman and a pair of 5 lb., 10 lb., and 15 lb. dumbbells for an average man.  We also recommend a pair of 12 lb. dumbbells for an intermediate woman and a pair of 20 lbs. dumbbells for an intermediate man.
