Equipment required:  Exercise bands and a ball

We recommend a pair of 3 lb., 5 lb., and 10 lb. dumbbells for an average woman and a pair of 5 lb., 10 lb., and 15 lb. dumbbells for an average man.  We also recommend a pair of 12 lb. dumbbells for an intermediate woman and a pair of 20 lbs. dumbbells for an intermediate man.
