Fitness for everyone means personalization!  Every body is unique and has different strengths and weaknesses.

Wright Now Fitness is fitness for everyone.  Our system guides you to create your very own personalized workout program. 

After over 20 years of personal training and programming for hundreds of clients, I saw a need to provide a program that addressed the aches and pains that we aquire in life affecting these areas:  the neck, shoulders, wrists/elbows, upper back, lower back, hips, gluteus and sciatica, knees, and feet/ankles.  Over 90% of the clients that I worked with needed help strengthening, stretching, and improving range of motion for these body parts.

Wright Now Fitness is made up of  22 isolation workouts to address these areas of your body with special needs and couples this with 9 cross-training workouts to help you lose weight, get stronger, gain flexibility, and feel awesome! 

For our intermediate fans, we also have a challenging, kick butt 3 cardio workout system!
